NOTE:
Breakout Table Discussions. This session is open to all Annual Meeting participants. While pre-registration is preferred to facilitate the organization of the discussion tables, interested attendees are welcome to join.
To help us structure the breakout discussions and match participants with the most relevant table topics, AOM participants are encouraged to submit a brief abstract proposal.
Application Requirements for the PDW Roundtable Discussion Section:
A single document including:
• short bio of the applicant (max 300 words);
• abstract proposal (max 1,000 words; Times New Roman, 12);
• list of key questions or issues the applicant wishes to explore during the roundtable discussion.
Extension Application deadline: July 22nd, 2026
Participation in the roundtable discussions remains open to all attendees. However, priority in table assignment and discussion scheduling will be given to participants who submit an abstract proposal in advance, subject to space availability.
