    Dear colleagues,

    We are excited to share our Call for Papers for a forthcoming special issue of Human Resource Management:

    Tech & Talent: The Evolving Role of Technology in Talent Management

    This special issue seeks to advance research on how AI and other digital technologies are transforming talent management and reshaping the future of work. We welcome empirical, theoretical, and review papers that advance our understanding of technology-enabled talent management. Sample questions include:

    ·       How is technology redefining talent, exceptional performance, and high potential?

    ·       How should organizations balance AI with human judgment in talent-related decisions?

    ·       How is technology reshaping skills, careers, and internal talent mobility?

    ·       How do digital technologies transform talent management in hybrid, remote, and platform-based work?

    ·       How can organizations design technology-enabled talent systems that are effective, fair, and trustworthy?

    Submission window: March 1 to March 31, 2027

    We hope this special issue will stimulate new conversations about how technology is reshaping talent management and the future of work.
