We are seeking motivated applicants for the tenure-track position of Assistant Professor in Work and Organizations/Organizational Behavior. Preference will be given to candidates with an ability to engage in high-quality scholarship and high-quality teaching, and have demonstrated interests in creativity, innovation, or leadership; how digital tools and technologies (including artificial intelligence (AI)) are transforming workplace dynamics, organizations, careers, and industries; social impact, sustainability and ethics in the age of AI; or leading and managing cross-cultural, cross-disciplinary teams in STEM contexts.
Candidates with interests in ethnographic and qualitative work are especially encouraged to apply.
