Tenured Professorship in Innovation and Entrepreneurship
ESMT Berlin has an opening at the rank of tenured Associate or Full Professor in Innovation and Entrepreneurship. This professorship will play a pivotal role in advancing ESMT's research on the commercialization of technological innovations, venture creation and scaling, and the translation of research into practice and impact.
The successful candidate will have an established research agenda in technological innovation, technology transfer, and the mechanisms through which entrepreneurial action creates both economic and societal impact. Research may address topics including, but not limited to, venture creation and scaling, technology commercialization, entrepreneurial ecosystems, corporate entrepreneurship, digital innovation, AI-enabled entrepreneurship, platform businesses, and related areas.
Requirements for this position include outstanding research accomplishments, a commitment to excellence in teaching in both degree programs and executive education, and international experience. Experience working with practitioners, startups, incubators, investors, or ecosystem organizations is highly desirable.
